Each year, the foundation awards scholarships to high school seniors from Fulshear High School and Tomas High School who plan to attend trade schools, technical colleges, or vocational training programs. These scholarships are designed to help reduce financial barriers and make it possible for students to gain the skills needed for careers such as welding, electrical work, construction, automotive technology, and other skilled professions.
In addition to scholarships, the foundation may provide grants that support trade education opportunities, equipment, or training programs that help students succeed in their chosen field.
By investing in students who are passionate about learning a trade, the foundation helps create opportunities for hardworking young people to build strong, independent futures — just as Jacob intended for himself.
